Zhulieta Stoyanova is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability with a comprehensive background in program coordination, energy auditing, and community outreach. Currently serving as the Multifamily Program Coordinator at Energy Outreach Colorado since October 2019, Zhulieta previously worked as an Energy Auditor at ICF and an Energy and Water Corpsmember for Larimer County. Additional experience includes roles in waste management coordination, community volunteering focused on sustainability, and internships with environmental organizations, where Zhulieta contributed to energy policy analysis and land management efforts. Zhulieta holds a degree in Environmental Economics and Policy from Michigan State University and has completed a study abroad program at the City University of Hong Kong focused on energy and environment.
Energy Outreach Colorado
Energy Outreach Colorado is the only statewide non-profit that raises funds to help low-income Coloradans afford home energy and remain warm and safe in their homes. Established in 1989, Energy Outreach works with partner assistance organizations, utilities, vendors and subcontractors across the state to provide energy bill payment assistance, emergency home furnace repair, weatherization services, energy efficiency grants for affordable housing and nonprofit facilities, energy education and advocacy on behalf of low-income energy consumers.
