Monica Perlotto is an experienced Energy Analyst at Energy Performance Services (EPS) since August 2023, with a background in engineering and process improvement. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Engineering Intern at ArcelorMittal Dofasco from May 2021 to August 2022, where Monica managed welder model implementation, conducted layered process audits, and identified operational issues. Monica also served as an Engineering Intern at AIM Environmental Group in the summer of 2019, completing daily inspections and assisting in health and safety system updates. Early work experience includes a position as a Crew Member at McDonald's from July 2018 to April 2019. Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Western University, completed in 2023, and attended St. Joseph's Secondary School from 2014 to 2018.
