Laurent Flipo

Laurent Flipo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, commercial management, and project leadership across various sectors. As the founder and animator of Assertive-RH since January 2017, Laurent has transformed the company into a federation of independent HR consultants and recruiters as of April 2024, overseeing numerous recruitment missions for over 30 clients. In addition, Laurent serves as an associate at Time for the Planet and Energy Pool, focusing on energy consumption optimization. Previously, Laurent held key roles in companies such as PharmaSys, Magellan, and Oracle, amassing a strong track record in sales and recruitment management. Laurent holds a Master 2 degree in Management from IEMN-IAE and a Bac + 5 in IT from Université de Valenciennes.
