With a career in the energy consulting sector that began in 1999, Jim co-founded CASA, Inc., where Jim served as CEO until the merger, building a respected firm that catered to over two million customers across North America. Additionally, Jim co-founded CES, Inc., further extending their influence in the industry. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
