Scott Whittemore, J.D., M.P.A., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development services and regulatory administration. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development Services at Energy Project Solutions since March 2021, Whittemore previously held roles including Administrator at the Nevada Taxicab Authority and Deputy Commissioner at the Nevada Division of Mortgage Lending. As the Founder and Managing Director of CREAM Nevada LLC, and Co-Founder and COO of Viceroy Brands LLC, Whittemore demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law, a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Dakota, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of San Diego.
