Nick Kurylo

Nick Kurylo is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as an Engineer Connections Assessment at Energy Queensland since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nick worked as an Electrical Project Engineer at Norman Disney & Young from February 2019 to July 2022, where expertise in electrical engineering and multi-disciplinary knowledge in communications, security, fire protection, and hydraulics was developed. During a sessional academic position at Queensland University of Technology, Nick tutored an introductory engineering and IT subject in 2018, further enhancing educational skills. An internship at Powerlink Queensland in late 2017 involved optimizing fault location calculation methods within the Fault Management team. Nick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from QUT, completed in 2018, with minors in robotics and software.
