Ray Pannam

Ray Pannam has over 30 years of work experience in the energy sector. Ray has held various roles at Energy Queensland and Energex, including Lead Engineer at Energy Queensland since 2018. Prior to that, they held positions such as Network Development Planning Manager, Demand Management Strategy & Planning Manager, and Network Risk & Contingency Planning Manager at Energex. Ray also has experience as a Connection Agreements Manager and Strategic Planning Engineer at Energex. Before joining Energex, they worked at the South East Queensland Electricity Board as a Senior Network Investigations Engineer and Demand Planning Engineer. Ray Pannam started their career as a Graduate Engineer at the South East Queensland Electricity Board in 1987. Overall, they have extensive experience in network planning, risk management, and strategic planning in the energy industry.

Ray Pannam completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical - Power & Control Systems at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1983 to 1986. Later, from 1989 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology Management at Deakin University.
