Naikaj Pandya has been working as a Project Engineer II at Energy and Resource Solutions since July 2016. Prior to that, Naikaj worked as a Solar Technology Intern at intellADAPT for six months. Naikaj holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MET's Bhujbal Knowledge City. Naikaj has experience conducting M&V site inspections and characterizing solar cells during previous roles.
