Frank Yang

Frank Yang is a Specialist at Energy Safety Canada since May 2012, where Frank creates and maintains online courses and troubleshoots online system and course issues. Prior to this role, Frank worked as a Media Developer at Bow Valley College from November 2006 to April 2012, designing web-based courses and applications. Frank also has experience as an E-Learning courseware developer at Oztime Corp., working on projects for various companies such as ConocoPhillips, DHL China, and Motorola. Frank is proficient in HTML, Actionscript 3, Flash, and various software applications, with a strong background in instructional design and online course development for adult learners.
