Kim Lim has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and operations. Kim is currently serving as the Group Finance Director at Energy Saving Trust. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Finance Committee at Nuffield Trust from 2019 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Finance Director at UCLPartners, where they played a key role in tax planning, project establishment, and process improvement. First Class Honours degree in Computer Science and Management from the University of London, which was obtained between 1991 and 1994. In 2002, Kim earned the AMCT degree from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, specializing in Corporate Finance and Funding. Kim further enhanced their skills by achieving a Distinction in Personal, Corporate, Executive, and Business Coaching from The Coaching Academy between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, Kim obtained the certification of Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) from The Coaching Academy.
