Stephanie Young

Stephanie Young serves as the Associate Director of Software Solutions at Energy Solutions, leading multifaceted teams to develop software for client-facing alternative energy programs. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Product Manager for Identity and Access Management at Stand Together, where implementation of product management processes and identity management strategies was pivotal. At Koch Global Business Services, Stephanie held the role of IT Strategy and Planning Lead, focusing on portfolio management and product enhancement. Previous positions also include Program Manager roles at Koch Business Solutions, General Electric, and GE Healthcare, where leadership in complex enterprise programs and significant IT initiatives was demonstrated. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University.
