Kojo Carl Apeagyei

Kojo Carl Apeagyei is an accomplished AI consultant currently working at Energy Systems Catapult, where responsibilities include writing reports and blogs on AI's application in the energy sector and conducting research on international AI policy. Previous roles include Account Manager at Wimbart, managing client accounts in Africa's tech sector, and participating as an AI Governance Fellow at the Equiano Institute, focusing on ethical AI frameworks. Kojo has also contributed as a guest lecturer on AI ethics at Bahcesehir University, mentored teens in AI ethics at the Teens in AI Global Techathon, and held positions in communications and marketing across various organizations, including the LSE Firoz Lalji Institute for Africa and as the founder of the creative collective Bastion. Kojo holds a Master's degree from LSE in Media and Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from Canterbury Christ Church University.
