Nishi Modi

Nishi Modi is a Human Resources Administrator at Energy Systems Catapult since August 2022, responsible for managing the new starter onboarding and leaver processes, including liaising with recruitment, conducting right to work checks, and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires. Previously, Nishi served as a Graduate Researcher at WECD from June 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included writing case studies and reports based on extensive research and identifying potential contacts for collaboration. Nishi's career in human resources began with an internship at Taj Hotels in early 2019, focusing on employee record management and supporting onboarding activities. Nishi holds an MBA in Global Business Administration from Coventry University London and an MSc in Human Resource Management from Aston University, complemented by a Summer School Certificate from the London School of Economics. A Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management was obtained from AURO University, Surat.
