Scarlette Lesma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy technology and sustainability. Currently serving as Practice Manager for Universal Support at Energy Systems Catapult since January 2022 and Co-Founder of Weather Trade Net since May 2023, Scarlette focuses on helping SMEs scale through various support programs and comprehensive climate risk analysis. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Engagement and Operations at Counterfactual Ventures, Program Manager at Electron, and establishing the Program Management Office at the European Marine Energy Centre, where notable contributions included managing the TraDER project, awarded the 2020 Project Award by the British Renewable Energy Association.
