Benjamin Haynes, SHRM-SCP, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Energy Systems Group (ESG) since November 2021. Previously, Benjamin held roles as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Golden LivingCenters and Area Human Resources Business Partner at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included driving human capital initiatives, managing performance and talent development, and fostering diversity and inclusion. Benjamin's career began with a Graduate Assistant position at Western Kentucky University and includes managerial roles at Family Video, JCPenney, and an internship with ARAMARK. Benjamin holds an MBA from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
