Brad Schmitt

Brad Schmitt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brad started their career at ArvinMeritor, Inc. in 2000, where they served as an Associate Manager, Operations, and held various other positions until 2006. In 2006, they joined Tenneco as a Plant Manager until 2007 when they moved to Valeo Sylvania and worked as an Autonomous Production Unit Manager for a year. In 2008, Brad joined Mead Johnson Nutrition as an Associate Director, North America Distribution, where they remained until 2019. Brad'smost recent position is at Energy Systems Group (ESG), where they began as a Senior Operations Manager in 2019 and is currently serving as the Director of Operations Services.

Brad Schmitt has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Wabash College, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they have pursued further education in business by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, from 2004 to 2005.
