Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson has an extensive work experience in the energy sector. Kevin started their career in 1988 at FPL, where they worked as an Analyst and Management Consultant, providing business analysis and consulting services. Kevin also played a role in cost control, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives. In 1993, they joined Progress Energy as a Managing Director, responsible for managing energy conservation projects for Federal Government Agencies. During their time there, they oversaw project development, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance. Since 2004, Kevin has been working at Energy Systems Group (ESG). Kevin initially served as the Senior Director of Federal Engagement & Development and later transitioned to their current role as the Senior Director of Key Market Growth & Quality Assurance.

Kevin Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Kevin attended the university from 1983 to 1988.
