Arthur Dougherty

Arthur Dougherty is an Energy Storage System Operations Specialist at Energy Toolbase. Arthur has also served as a service manager, director of field operations, and adjunct instructor.

Arthur Dougherty has over 10 years of experience in the renewable energy field. Arthur started their career as an installer and technician for Thermacraft Energy Services. After being promoted to Director of Field Operations, they oversaw the company's installation projects. In this role, they managed teams of installers and ensured that projects were completed on time and within budget.

In 2016, Arthur Dougherty began working as an adjunct instructor at AB Technical Community College, teaching courses on solar energy and renewable energy technologies. Arthur also worked as a service manager at Sugar Hollow Solar, Inc., where they were responsible for managing all aspects of the service department, including customer service, system design, installation, sales, and technician training.

Arthur Dougherty is a highly skilled and experienced renewable energy professional. Arthur has a deep understanding of solar energy systems and has successfully managed multiple projects from start to finish. Arthur Dougherty is committed to helping others learn about renewable energy and is an excellent teacher and mentor.

Arthur Dougherty has a BS in Environmental Science from University of North Carolina Asheville and a Welding Certification in Electric and Gas Welding from Alamance Community College.
