Brad D. Whitehurst

Brad Whitehurst is Executive Vice President of Tax and Corporate Initiatives at Energy Transfer. Mr. Whitehurst served as Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer from January 2021 through November of 2022. He joined the Partnership in 2014 from the Washington, DC office of Bingham McCutchen LLP where he was a partner specializing in partnership taxation. Mr. Whitehurst advised Energy Transfer and its subsidiaries as outside counsel from 2006 through 2014. He is a member of the board of directors of USA Compression Partners, LP, and the Energy Infrastructure Council. He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a Master of Accounting degree. He also holds a law degree from Duke University School of Law.
