George Silva

George Silva possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles since 1972. Currently, George serves as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Energy Transfer and concurrently as a Human Resources Representative at Southern Union/Panhandle Energy, responsible for managing college recruitment and supporting an internal client base of over 200 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Human Resources Representative at El Paso Corporation, overseeing a client base of over 100 managers and leading college recruitment programs nationwide. George’s earlier roles include significant responsibilities in HR functions at Pacific Gas and Electric and Toys "R" Us, emphasizing recruitment and policy development. George holds a Master of Pastoral Studies from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a degree in Mass Communications from The University of Texas at El Paso.
