Lead Accountant - Financial Reporting at Energy Transfer

Jason Lopez has extensive work experience in the accounting and financial reporting field. Jason began their career at JPMorgan Chase/Chase Retirement Solutions as a Senior Accountant-Asset Trader, where they processed trade transactions and resolved out of balance conditions. Jason then moved on to Hand Benefits & Trust, where they worked as a 401(k) Analyst, managing retirement plans and coordinating contributions and investments.

Jason then joined El Paso Corporation and held multiple roles, including SEC Reporting Accountant Intern, Accountant, and SEC Reporting Accountant. In these roles, they prepared financial filings, resolved comments on drafts, and maintained debt and interest expense analysis.
