Leti Andrade

Leti Andrade, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources. Leti served as the VP of HR & Talent Management at Energy Transfer starting in 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at CST Brands, Inc. from 2013 to 2017. In 2012, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at The MATT Foundation. And in 2010, they were a Visiting Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Leti Andrade, Ph.D. received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organization and Management Studies, specializing in Organizational Behavior, from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2009. Prior to this, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at St. Mary's University in 2003. In 1996, Leti Andrade obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Spanish and Mathematics.
