Marshall S. McCrea

Mr. McCrea was appointed as a director of Energy Transfer LP (ET) in December 2009. He is also the President and Chief Commercial Officer ET. From November 2015 until October 2018, Mr. McCrea was the Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for the Energy Transfer family. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Transfer Operating, L.P. from June 2008 to November 2015 and President – Midstream from March 2007 to June 2008. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President – Commercial Development since January 2004. In March 2005, Mr. McCrea was named President of La Grange Acquisition LP, Energy Transfer’s primary operating subsidiary, after serving as Senior Vice President-Business Development and Producer Services since 1997.
