Marshall S. McCrea

Mackie McCrea was appointed co-Chief Executive Officer in January 2021. From 2018 through 2020, he served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Energy Transfer (ET). He has served as a director of ET since 2009. Mr. McCrea was the Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for the Energy Transfer family from November 2015 until October 2018. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of ET from June 2008 to November 2015, and President – Midstream from March 2007 to June 2008. He began his career in the energy industry in the mid-1980s and joined ETP in 1997 as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Producer Services. In 2004, following the combination of ETP’s midstream and propane operations, he served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Development.
