Paul Palermo

Paul Palermo is a seasoned professional in the crude oil industry, currently serving as Senior Manager for Crude Business Development and Commercial Operations at Energy Transfer since July 2019. With a progressive career that includes roles as Account Manager and Senior Business Development Representative, Paul is skilled in strengthening customer relationships, identifying project and M&A opportunities, and negotiating contracts. Notable accomplishments include recovering significant quantities of crude oil and reducing testing costs at Energy Transfer. Prior to this, Paul contributed to transmix blending process improvements at Magellan Midstream Partners and held engineering roles at Halliburton, where project procedures generated substantial revenue. Paul holds an MBA from Rice Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
