Elaine Prause

Elaine Prause is an experienced professional in regulatory policy and utility management, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Regulatory Policy and Funder Relations at Energy Trust of Oregon since May 2023. Prior to this role, Elaine held positions at the Regulatory Assistance Project as a Senior Associate from August 2021 to April 2023 and at PacifiCorp as a Senior Planning Manager between January 2020 and March 2021. Elaine's extensive background also includes serving as Deputy Utility Division Director, Senior Regulatory Manager, and Sr Utility Analyst at the Public Utility Commission of the State of Oregon from March 2015 to August 2019, as well as Sr Manager of Planning at Energy Trust of Oregon from May 2005 to March 2015. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Portland State University.
