Ryan Cook

Ryan Cook is a seasoned professional in clean energy policy and program management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Innovation & Development and previously as Senior Program Manager for Renewables at Energy Trust of Oregon since August 2019. Prior to this role, Ryan held a position as Senior Associate at The Cadmus Group LLC, contributing to city-level clean energy planning projects, and served as Senior Consultant at Meister Consultants Group before its acquisition by Cadmus. Academic credentials include a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where Ryan focused on environmental policy, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Reed College. Ryan's extensive experience includes leading renewable energy initiatives, energy efficiency program development, and collaborating on notable projects across various organizations, including internships at the White House Council on Environmental Quality and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
