Casey Guo

Casey Guo, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Energy Vault since July 2022. Prior to this role, Casey held various positions at PEDEVCO Corp. from September 2012 to July 2022, including Accounting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the preparation of SEC reports, management of the close process for subsidiaries, and the implementation of SOX compliance controls. Earlier experience includes positions as Staff Accountant and Accounting Associate, contributing to financial reporting and operational accounting in the oil and gas sector. An audit internship at SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited provided foundational experience in auditing. Casey holds an MS in Accounting from Bentley University, an MA in Economics with a minor in Statistics from North Carolina State University, and a BBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Zhejiang University.
