Ceren Guven

Ceren Guven has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Since 2022, they have been working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Energy Vault, where they focus on developing and deploying energy storage solutions. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at Diamond, serving as the VP of Technical Recruiting and Resource Management from 2021 to 2022, and the VP of Technical Recruiting from 2017 to 2021. Ceren also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at City National Bank in 2017 and as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group from 2013 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Ceren held recruitment roles at SMCI - Software Management Consultants Inc., Kelly IT Resources, and TEKsystems.

Ceren Guven has an MBA in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach. Ceren also holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Hacettepe University.
