Sandy Canale serves as the Ombudsman and Chief Executive Officer of Energy & Water Ombudsman SA since December 2007, overseeing the investigation and resolution of electricity, gas, and water complaints for consumers in South Australia. In this role, Sandy leads a free and independent dispute resolution service. Prior to this position, Sandy held the title of General Manager for South Australia and Customer Services at AGL from January 2000 to September 2006, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and customer-facing services such as call centers and billing. Sandy is a graduate of the University of South Australia.
