Susan Irby is a landman at Energy XXI. Susan has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working their way up from a Jr. Production Assistant to their current position.

Susan started their career in 1988 at Pelto Oil Company as a Jr. Production Assistant. Susan then moved to Energy Development Corporation in 1989, where they worked their way up to Records Coordinator/Lease Records Analyst.

In 1997, they left Energy Development Corporation to join Enron as a Contract Administrator. Susan then moved to Chevron in February 1997, where they worked on the Posted Price Litigation Project as a Contract Analyst.

In May 2005, they left Chevron to join Burlington Resources as Sr. Land Analyst. Susan then moved to Peoples Energy Production in August 2006, where they worked as Sr. Staff Lease Analyst until November 2007.

Susan has been with Energy XXI since December 2002, where they have held the position of Lease/Minerals Analyst.

Susan Irby attended San Jacinto College before transferring to Baylor University. Susan majored in communications and graduated with a bachelor's degree.

Susan Irby reports to Craig Sanders, Chief Executive Officer. Some of their coworkers include Rodney Dykes - President & Chief Operating Officer, William L. Graham - Chief Financial Officer, and Jeff Wallace - Head of Purchasing and Asset Procurement.
