Timothy Miles is passionate about people, teams, leadership, and development. They served as a Project Manager at Severn Trent Water from 1999 to 2005 and at National Grid from 2005 to 2011. Timothy was the Managing Director at PSC - Power Systems Consultants from 2020 to 2023 and is currently the Managing Director of Engineering Leaders and energy ark, focusing on bridging leadership gaps and technical engineering consultancy, respectively.
