Catharine Arnston is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of ENERGYbits, Inc., a premium brand of algae tablets that focuses on improving wellness, longevity, beauty, biohacking, and more. With a background in business development, marketing, and entrepreneurship, Catharine has founded and led various companies in the past, including Hoteluxury Inc, The British Midlands Development Agency, and Bits of Health. Arnston holds a BA Honors in Urban Planning and Economics from Queen's University and an MBA in International Business & Marketing from Ivey Business School at Western University.
