Ben Manna

Ben began his energy career with Schneider Electric’s Energy and Sustainability division in 2008 where he was instrumental in helping to manage energy costs for more than 20 million square feet across a portfolio of commercial office properties throughout Texas. Ben joined 5 in 2019 and brought his extensive experience in working with commercial real estate owners, property developers, and property managers who have come to rely on him for his energy expertise and advice.

Today, Ben is a Senior Energy Advisor and continues to serve commercial properties across North America and assists building owners to reduce their expenses and increase the energy efficiency of their operations while also identifying opportunities to reduce their carbon footprint through sustainability initiatives.

Ben received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Dallas Baptist University.
