Sanjay Pai

Regional Director, Sales at EnergyHub

Sanjay Pai has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sanjay started their career as a Web Master at the University of Connecticut from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Aetna as an IT Leadership Development Professional until 2012. Sanjay then moved on to Opower (acquired by Oracle), where they held multiple roles including Associate Technical Project Manager from 2012 to 2014, Technical Project Manager for the Canadian utility business from 2014 to 2015, and Technical Project Manager for the EMEA region from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Sanjay joined EnergyHub as a Sr. Customer Success Manager, where they managed a portfolio of utility clients to deploy and maintain EnergyHub's SaaS Mercury DERMS platform until 2018. Sanjay then worked at Signafire as the Director of Project Management and Pre-sales consultant from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Sanjay is working at EnergyHub as an Associate Director of Sales, responsible for selling EnergyHub's Mercury DERMS platform and turn-key program services to utilities across the mid-Atlantic, midwest, and Canada. Overall, Sanjay has a strong background in project management, technical implementation, and sales in the energy and technology sectors.

Sanjay Pai attended Xavier High School in Middletown, CT from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they enrolled at the University of Connecticut and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Economics, which they completed in 2009. In 2008, Sanjay also attended CIMBA for business administration and management, although the degree obtained during this period is not specified.
