Mardy H. is a Clean Energy Policy Manager at EnergyLab Cambodia with previous experience as a Project Manager at DMQ Engineering. Mardy holds a Master's degree in Energy Science from Kyoto University, a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Malaya, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia.
