Ryan Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ryan began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Under Armour in 2009. In 2011, they worked as a Business Operations Associate at Canusa Hershman, where they analyzed shipping record data and led a community tree planting project. From 2012 to 2014, they gained field research experience as a Summer Intern at the Arizona Game and Fish Department, studying bat populations, surveying frogs, and monitoring flora. Ryan then transitioned into teaching roles, starting as an English Second Language Teacher at The Language Family in 2013, where they developed curriculum and instructed students of various ages and skill levels.
