MacKie Hilborn

Mackie Hilborn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mackie began their career at United Way of Cambridge and North Dumfries, where they served as a Loaned Representative, implementing campaign strategies and raising funds. Mackie then moved on to ATS Automation Tooling Systems as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where they played a role in generating new business for the company.

After that, they joined PURE Energies, initially as a Sales Representative, then as a Sales Manager, directing the sales operations and marketing for the company. Mackie also served as the Customer Acquisition Manager for the Lights Division, developing the go-to-market strategy for a new line of business. Later, they became the Director of Sales, overseeing the sales and marketing divisions, as well as launching the Lights e-commerce platform.

Following their time at PURE Energies, Hilborn joined NRG Home Solar as the Director of Sales. Mackie was responsible for sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Mackie then transitioned to The Nicaraguan Riviera S.A as an Advisor, providing guidance and support in building custom villas on the beach.

Hilborn's most recent role is as Chief Executive Officer at EnergyPal, a multinational provider of energy solutions. As CEO, they are involved in delivering high-quality energy products and services to homeowners and businesses, with a focus on solar power and battery storage. Mackie oversees the company's financial savings, customer choices, and efficient operating practices.

Throughout their career, Hilborn has demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership roles, and they have shown a strong ability to develop and implement successful strategies.

Mackie Hilborn attended the Goodman School of Business at Brock University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing.
