Elizabeth Ganiere

Elizabeth Ganiere is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at EnergySolutions since November 2023, Elizabeth supports the legal team by providing services and advice in areas such as nuclear and federal contracting, energy services, and litigation. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held multiple positions at McDermott International, Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing legal activities post-acquisition and managing complex contract negotiations. Elizabeth's previous experience includes serving as Senior Counsel and Acting General Counsel at CB&I AREVA MOX Services, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Gulf Stream Coach, and Corporate Counsel at Champion Enterprises. Elizabeth's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Law from the University of Southern California.
