Mark Harden, CTP, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and financial analysis across multiple industries. Currently serving as Treasurer at EnergySolutions since March 2024, Mark oversees global treasury operations and debt management strategy. Prior roles include Vice President of Treasury Management at LifeVantage Corporation, where Mark managed capital structure and liquidity, and Corporate Treasurer at Overstock.com, responsible for cash management and risk management, achieving significant cost savings. Mark's past experience also includes positions as Finance Director at Casa Bella and Director of Treasury & Financial Analysis at Avon Automotive, where Mark enhanced financial strategies and implemented effective vendor relationships.
