Rafael Chirinos

Rafael Chirinos, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Business Unit Controller at EnergySolutions since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael was the Business Unit Controller at Williams Industrial Services Group, LLC from January 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities also included serving as Assistant Controller. A consultant at RGP and UpKore from December 2017 to November 2017, Rafael focused on operational oversight and client engagement. Earlier experience includes roles at Cadillac Jack, Inc. as Assistant Controller, managing financial reporting for US and Mexican subsidiaries, and serving as Controller at FiberLight, LLC, overseeing month-end close and account reconciliation processes. Rafael also held a Corporate Controller position at LAPTV, LLC, managing financial operations for a subsidiary of Fox International Channels, and worked at PwC as Assistant II, developing audit plans and supervising staff. Rafael holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business from the University of Zulia and Rafael Belloso Chacin University, respectively.
