Jon Novaro

Jon Novaro is the current Chief Revenue Officer at EnergyWare. Jon has over 25 years of experience in sales and sales management.

Jon started their career in 1995 as the Parts Department Manager for the Latin America Division of Komatsu Construction. Jon then spent 8 years as the Regional Business Manager for Latin America at CNH Industrial. In 2012, Jon became the Sales Manager for the Florida and Caribbean Region at Cummins Inc. In 2015, Jon was promoted to Vice President of Sales - The Americas at H-E Parts International. In 2018, Jon joined Linder Industrial Machinery Company as their General Sales Manager. Jon joined EnergyWare in November 2021 as their Chief Revenue Officer.

Jon Novaro reports to Jake E. Jacques, CEO. They work with Monique Jacques - Social Media Manager, Edward Repa - Chief Revenue Officer, and Andrew Bertamini - COO.
