Lauren Morton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lauren began their career at Tarleton State University as a Graduate Assistant in Sports Information and later transitioned to the role of Database Program Manager. In 2008, they joined RPBC as the Director of Technology & Pastoral Resources, where they worked until 2011. Since 2012, Lauren has been with Energy Worldnet (EWN), taking on various roles including Customer Support Specialist, Business Analyst, Director of Technology Services, and most recently, Vice President of Technology Services. In September 2020, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Product Innovation.

Lauren Morton completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Tarleton State University in 2004. Lauren then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the same university, which they obtained in 2007.
