José Luis Villar Bardanca has over a decade of professional experience in software engineering and development. In 2009, they began their career as a Systems Technician at Femxa. In 2011, they moved to Arteixo Telecom as a Software Engineer, where they developed Unix daemons for socket connections in wireless networks, and desktop applications to configure electronic devices using Python, Java, and bash scripts. In 2012, they joined Seneos as an Embedded Systems Engineer, where they designed, developed, and tested firmware for a DC/AC Inverter for cars. Later that year, they joined ASML as a Software Designer, where they worked on Extreme Ultra Violet laser for lithographic products. José Luis also took the role of Test Leader within their team. In 2018, they moved to BroadForward as a Software Developer, where they worked on core network products for routing, interworking, security, and number portability. Finally, in 2020, they joined Energyworx as a Software Engineer.
José Luis Villar Bardanca has a Master on Technologies of Communication and Information of Wireless Networks from Universidade da Coruña, obtained between 2008 and 2009. José Luis also holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Universidade de Vigo, obtained between 2001 and 2008. Additionally, they have a certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, obtained in January 2016.
