Michał Mioduszewski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where the focus is on supporting innovation through training and mentorship in the tech community. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, a company dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing significantly to decentralized infrastructure and self-sovereign finance solutions. Micha has also served as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, advisor roles at PioneerVentures.io and SwissBorg, and a Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued additional education in fintech and project management.
