Sami Puoskari

Sami Puoskari is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Software Development at Enerim since August 2023, Sami previously held several key roles at Elektrobit, including Team Manager and Senior Project Manager in the Adaptive Autosar domain. Prior to that, Sami was the VP of R&D at MoveSole, overseeing comprehensive R&D operations. Notable experiences also include leading a software development group at Microsoft and directly managing a similar group at Nokia for 14 years, where responsibilities encompassed project leadership, supplier management, and software engineering oversight. Sami holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Jyväskylä.
