Adam S. Johnson has held a variety of professional roles since 2011. From 2011-2018, they served as a Liaison Officer for the United States Department of State, where they led 26 high-level delegations of foreign leaders from 107 countries within the USA. In 2014, they founded and served as CEO of International Relations Group, a consultancy delivering bespoke capabilities, services, and results globally. In 2015, they founded Vets Meet Reps, which matches Mid-Career Veterans & transitioning Active Duty U.S. Military to hiring reps from IT & technology companies. In 2016, they joined the Board of Directors of the Fulbright Association, where they created and directed operations, strategy, partnerships, recruiting, fundraising, events, and finances. In 2018, they co-founded The Entrepreneurs, a forum within The World Bank Group that builds entrepreneurship and creates opportunities globally for entrepreneurs to address/solve the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2020, they became Co-Founder of United Intl. SMEs Organization (UNISMO), a global NGO headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain that promotes, supports, and advances Micro & Small & Medium Enterprises around the world. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as Director of Sales for EnerKnol, and as Senior Project Consultant for USC Consulting Group.
Adam S. Johnson attended Portland State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
