M. Africa

M. Africa currently serves as the Regional HR Manager for Africa at EnerMech since March 2015. Previous experience includes HR Manager and Project HR Manager at AECOM, and Human Resources Manager at APM Terminals. M. Africa also worked as an HR Business Partner at FNB South Africa and held roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Sanlam and the South African Reserve Bank. Early career positions include Learning and Development Consultant at British American Tobacco and HR Consultant at BoE Bank. M. Africa holds a Bachelor's degree, an Honours in Psychology, and a Master's in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Western Cape, alongside a course in Occasional Commerce.
