Scott Hancock is an experienced engineer and project manager with a strong background in pipeline pre-commissioning and commissioning. Since November 2018, Scott has served as a PPU Project Manager at EnerMech. Prior roles include serving as a Big Foot Pipeline Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Engineer at Enbridge from March 2015 to April 2016, and as a Subsea Pre-Commissioning Engineer at Chevron from November 2012 to March 2015, specifically working on the Jack & St. Malo export pipeline. Prior to that, Scott worked as a Field Engineer II at Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services, overseeing pipeline projects and managing equipment and personnel. Scott also has experience as an Engineer with Gilbane Building Company, where responsibilities included managing contractors during the construction of a hospital and parking garage. Scott holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical/Civil & Environmental Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Louisville.
