Louise Higgins (Lou)

Louise (Lou) Higgins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, strategy, and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive GM of Strategy, Transformation & Data at ANZ since January 2020, Louise has held key positions such as Managing Director of Suncorp Integration and Chief Financial Officer at both regional and technological levels. In addition to ongoing roles as a member of Chief Executive Women and the Commonwealth Treasury's Takeovers Panel, Louise has a strong track record on multiple boards, including as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Audit & Risk Committee at Enero Group. Previous leadership roles encompass Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Chief Operating Officer at NOVA Entertainment.
