Eric Paspalofski

Eric Paspalofski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Starting in 2002, they worked as a Shop Hand at Gibson's Outdoor Equipment until 2006.

In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Server at Red Robin, where they stayed until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Eric worked as a Process Lead at Kraft Foods Group.

In 2015, they joined Futaba as a Production Engineer, a role they held until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Eric worked at LM3 Technologies Inc. as an Engineer. Eric'sresponsibilities included designing, building, installing, and servicing End of Line testing equipment for top automotive manufacturers. Eric also sourced parts and managed the production team.

Since 2018, Eric has been employed at Enerpac, starting as an Automation Engineer and then progressing to the role of Principal Process Engineer in March 2022.

Eric Paspalofski began their education at Madison Area Technical College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD. Eric then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained several certifications including Handling Tool and Operation from FANUC America Corporation in February 2018, LBR iiwa - Commissioning and Programming from KUKA North America in September 2017, and ISO 9001:2017 Internal Auditor from Bureau Veritas in August 2017.
